jl10 Terms & Conditions — Know the Rules Before You Play

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. This includes:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (username, password, OTP).
• Ensuring your registered contact details — phone number and email — are accurate and kept up to date.
• Not sharing access to your account with any other person under any circumstances.
• Notifying jl10 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

jl10 will not be held liable for losses or issues arising from your failure to secure your account credentials or from you knowingly or unknowingly sharing access with another person.

jl10 requires identity verification (Know Your Customer — KYC) before processing withdrawal requests. KYC is a one-time process in which you provide a government-issued identification document that confirms your identity matches the details registered on your account.

Accepted identification documents must be Philippine government-issued. Details on the verification process are available within your account dashboard. jl10 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time if it considers identity confirmation to be incomplete or if suspicious activity is detected on an account.

Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification when required may have withdrawal functions restricted until verification is completed. Game play may continue during this period unless other conditions apply.

All deposits on jl10 are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). Accepted deposit methods include local bank transfer, Philippine online and mobile banking, and eligible local e-wallets such as GCash and Maya.

The following deposit rules apply to all jl10 accounts:

• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name, matching your jl10 account identity. Third-party deposits — meaning payments from accounts registered under a different name — are not permitted.

Withdrawals from your jl10 account are processed in Philippine Peso to your registered Philippine bank account or eligible local e-wallet. The withdrawal account must be in your own name, matching your verified jl10 identity.

• KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to review and may take time to process depending on the amount and verification status of the account.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts per transaction are set out within the withdrawal section of your account.
• Winnings derived from bonus funds may be subject to additional wagering or release conditions specific to the applicable promotion. These conditions will be stated at the time the bonus is offered.
• jl10 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request pending verification if the account shows signs of suspicious activity or policy violation.

General rules that apply to all promotional offers on jl10:

• Each promotion is intended for one account per household. Using multiple accounts to claim the same offer is a violation of these Terms.

• Abusing bonuses or promotions through multi-accounting or other manipulation.

Where a violation is confirmed, jl10 may forfeit any balance remaining in the account at the time of termination. jl10 will provide notice of account closure where practicable, except in cases of suspected fraud or serious violation where immediate action is required.

jl10 collects and processes personal information as described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information in accordance with that policy.

Your personal and financial details are used only for the purposes of account management, payment processing, identity verification, and platform security. jl10 does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

jl10 may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the platform after the updated Terms are published constitutes acceptance of the changes.
